This alphabetical list links to government and non-profit sponsored programs and services designed to help military personnel and veterans learn about career resources and opportunities.

  • Feds Hire Vets – Provides information on the federal hiring process and links to job opportunities for veterans.
  • Teamsters Military Assistance Program – connects military service members and veterans with skilled training and career opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Employment, Education, and Training for Veterans – describes educational benefits for services members, veterans and their families, and employment and job training for veterans.
  • U.S. Department of the Interior Veterans Employment Programs – provides information and links to veteran employment programs and resources.
  • U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeships – provides information on finding apprenticeship programs that let participants earn while they learn.
  • U.S. Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Services (VETS) – provides employment information and resources for veterans and their families, and military members who are transitioning to civilian careers.
